ABOUT BEACONTON
Shenzhen Beaconton Electronic Co., Ltd is an incorporated company located in Shezhen is a high-tech corporation integrating R&D, product development,
manufacture and distribution. Beaconton covers 38, 000 square meters and has approximately 1500 employees. Beaconton has a highly qualified staff of industry specialists and engineers as well as a strong QA department and support staff. With modern facilities, advanced process technology and a strong R&D capacity, our R&D department can create 4~6 items new products each season,your OEM and ODM order are welcome.

MANUFACTURE
The two factories of Beaconton ,which also located in Shenzhen .
The first factory, which specializing in the safety products, mainly includes the LED lightbars, CCTV cameras, LED spot light ,LED downlight,LED tube, LED ceilling light,electronic sirens, etc.
The Second factory is designed to manufacture and distribute LCD technology (TN/HTN/STN) and LCM technology (COB/COG/TAB), they are incorporates specialized manufacturing machinery from Japan & Korea.

QUALITY CONTROL
For the quality control system, our testing and research equipment includes:
An advanced computerized circuit simulator that defines critical tolerance parameters and troubleshoots for potential design weeknesses.
Surface Mount Teachnology Computer Automated(SMT)Component Pick and Place Assemble.
A fully equipped and certified test lab,capable of making all tests and measurements required by SAE and AMECA/AAMVA.
A fast scanning spectroradiometer for color measurements.
A 70 foot automated light measurement tunnel which uses photometers calibrated to display measurements in candelas effective in accordance with FAA, SAE, and IES standards .High speed photodiodes are used to measure and display light pulse wave shapes to insure accuracy in light intensity oupt specifications .

Although Beaconton has only been established for 7 years, our products have a good sales record in more than 80 countries and have a reputation for good quality and reliability, good design, competitive pricing and prompt service. Our 80% have CE,ROHS,E-MARK,UL,FCC,and the forth.there are well sold in Asia, European, American, and Middle East areas, over 80 countries.
